                                                                    Slow Roasted Ribs

Amount, Measure, Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 Pounds                     Ribs
2 Cups                         Barbecue Sauce
1 Tablespoon             Dried Parsley
1 Tablespoon             Dried Thyme
1 Tablespoon             Dried Oregano
1 Tablespoon             Dried Paprika
1 Tablespoon             Garlic Salt
1 Tablespoon             Onion Salt
1 Tablespoon             Sugar
1 Teaspoon                 Ground Black pepper

Adjust rack to center and preheat oven to 225F. Lightly oil 2 rimmed backing sheets. 

Combine all spices in small bowl.

Cut ribs slabs in half. Pat spice rub on ribs coating them all over thoroughly. Put slabs on baking sheets and roast for 2 1/2 hours, turning twice during cooking. Remove ribs from oven and paste with barbecue sauce on both sides. Return to oven and back an additional 15 minutes. Slice slabs into individual ribs and serve warm.
